Yes, I'm aware that the recent Jetpack update to 0.36 broke the mod, however the authors of Jetpack want to make further API changes and advised me to wait until they are done. If you want to use the UI you'll have to roll back to 0.35, or wait for 0.37 which I should be able to be compatible with reasonably shortly. If you want to enjoy 0.36 then you'll have to disable this.
