For some reason I can't remove any mod after applying the inventory bonus. It just return a _newIndexError.

This happen to any mod I think. Before it happened when I removed Quantized Inserter. Now I happen because I removed FNEI.

Oops, I meant to look at this. Will try to find time this week.

Finally catching up on old mods.
I can't reproduce this issue, but I see what's happened so put a safety measure in to avoid this error from being able to occur again.
