I have the portals and teleportation researched. I've sent portal landers to some asteroids but I cant Link to them and I'm not sure how. I have space telescopes. A repair station. Multiple solar stations.
Once you send the portal lander it has deployed the portal so you need to build one on your side. Then when you walk into it you'll get the menu for changing its destination.
