I can select the recipe and provide all the ingredients (plexiglass sheet, iron plate, water), but the plastic forming plant does not seem to create any products.
OK - so I realized that plastic forming plant needs to be hooked up to heat pipe (from nuclear reactor) to make the lenses. So it works fine now.
The heat requirement has been removed in latest version because it caused confusion and there was no good way to generate heat.
