I know you say you cannot support mods with more than 5 extra qualities, but what about mods that has a configurable amount of qualities?
Infinite Quality Tiers Plus adds a lot, but I've set it to only 5 more tiers. Would it be possible to add in support for just the 5 first of those qualities?

It would probably be better to use one of the supported mods instead of infinite quality tiers if you only need 5 tiers.

I probably won't add support for any mods that can support more than 5 extra qualities, just because adding that support would confuse people into thinking I do support infinite qualities.
