Adds a simple clock showing how long the current game has been running.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

I've added window snap feature to all four edges (top/left/bottom/right). This must be perfect overflow-proof, I believe :)
This feature is implemented by a tricky way. If you face any problem, please let me know.
