Automatically build blueprint ghosts near the player.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

If you have refined concrete (any amount) in your inventory and place a refined concrete ghost it will auto-build with no cost allowing infinite free refined concrete.
