i run the game only with Pelagos Reduced and recursive mods dependencies,
Maybe the default setting disable cargo crates and Titanium Barrels set to off? Or default setting remove prototypes instead of hiding set to off?

This seems like something isn't doing things nicely. I made it settings so you can disable things and play, but I'd rather fix the issues.
