It worked for me if U update the info.json Version in the Zip package,
- Unzip the package
- Open the Info file
- Update the Version ( compare with an Info file from a Mod from the current game version, but only update some numbers nothing else, and don´t add anything new )
(U will see what i mean if u open it )
- Put the files in a new folder which has the exact name as the "name" which can be found in the Info folder
- Zip the folder up, and if it don´t have the same name as "name" change the name.
and again, don´t change anything in the code even if the compered info folder looks different, it will work after u update the Numbers.
