Official science pack encapsulation line for oxygen_survival: its battery and hydrometallurgy industry is rebuilt into glass-lined steel canisters, sealed on a dedicated machine that is the only one holding the recipe category. Quality rolls straight off the recipe results (independent_probability + quality_min), the same mechanism the main mod uses for its accumulators - no scripting.
