It was changed to a shortcut a few versions back so that it can be used in Remote View too.
If you don't see it try press the 3 vertical dots to the right of your toolbar at the bottom: https://i.imgur.com/ZCZd7XM.png
That should open up a menu and Ore Eraser should be there for you to tick it: https://i.imgur.com/AvjD3VP.png
Then it will be available for you in the toolbar.
