i Improve Logging Levels

Right now all of Omni seems to log everything. I love logging myself, however, right now it's really verbose. My start-up log is almost 400,000 lines long and that's almost all Omni* mods. Ideally logging should be rather quiet unless a debug flag is set IMO.

hi i saw this too its about 9mb of log, but i think it might still be necessary as with several posts about bugs, it probably is the best way to help catch the bugs or possible causes across all of the Omni mods.
