The latest updates to the library seem to have broken 2 things.

Migrations line 13 string.find(eff.Name, "barrel") has a bug when eff.Name is nil.
Fixing that, it seems this latest update causes the science summing to stop functioning in omniscience. All science costs are back to their non-summed values.

I fixed it temporarily, it should be working now :)

Well, the migrations are working, the science summing isn't though. Need me to add this to the OmniScience bug lists?
