Hi, is it possible that glass and sand got somehow mismatched during the newest update?

The recipe for smelting sand into glass is now called Unknown key: "recipe-name.kr-glass" and the items are now called Unknown key: "item-name.sand" and Unknown key: "item-name.glass". The update overview also said Changed items kr-glass->glass and kr-sand->sand. I haven't changed my modlist and Krastorio itself didn't seem to be updated.

Oh you probably aren't using any other planet mods that add sand/glass. I'll see about fixing that. There are also a few K2 base recipes that have missing translation keys that I should probably submit fixes for.

Should be fixed as of 1.6.0.

Having a similar issue now. The recipe for glass stopped working till I reselected it. The recipe for glass is now named "Unknown key: "item-name.glass". I do have several mods that add different type of glass far as I know. Like several of the different planet mods.

I've got the same issue

The issue is gone after starting over, perhaps you need to start a new game for it to not happen?
