I like this MOD, but it has been slow to update. Would you consider adding the ability to organize existing wires, like this MOD does?

I could, it would probably break setups that don't have poles all at 90° angles, though. Is that still useful?

I also think that if you could draw a frame and the mod could then add connections afterwards, that could be very helpful. On the other hand, you sometimes have to set diagonal connections, which is why a deactivation hotkey would be useful.

And thanks to all the modders out there for making the game awesome again. Because 2.X did me more harm than good

It is very necessary. In the MOD I used before, pressing the left button will organize the wires. Holding down shift+left button will force 90°, even if the power grid is disconnected, this is very useful.

Added in 0.2.4. Please use the setting to enable it.
