Mod fails to load because LTN Combinator Modernized replaced LTN Combinator. LTN Combinator Modernized uses different settings keys than LTN Combinator.

will look into it sorry, ive been busy with alot of things, i have a day off this weekend so ill look into it, and hopefully finish the next part of this mod
