I tried running this mod along with Day Night Extender and I haven't gotten any weather effects but I immediately noticed the light level was changing rapidly. It would go from full day to full night in under a second, and my power network reads that the solar panels took 2 to 2.5 seconds to go from full power to no power. The day and night seems to swap way too often and somewhat randomly. At one point my personal light radius was flashing on and off.
I'm using Day Night Extender and have Night Vision Goggles equipped, if any of that matters. I stopped using the mod after maybe half an hour because it was too broken.
