Adds a startup setting to change the Factorio font. Includes Comic Sans, Papyrus, Times New Roman, Helvetica, Wingdings, and many more.

Some nice fonts for diagrams and such rely on Unicode 17 blocks (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbols_for_Legacy_Computing_Supplement).
Some great options are Iosevka (looks good) and JuliaMono (best coverage I've found so far).
Bonus points if we get the NerdFonts patched versions (lots of nice icons in there!)
