Removes copper and stone, replacing them with iron in all recipes.

The recipe of battery seemed still need copper...
Interesting, I just booted up a game with the mod and do not see this. Could you provide a mod list you are using? Are you using expensive preset?
I do see the issue you are talking about with the expensive recipe preset, I'll need to debug one of my library functions I use to replace the ingredients. Thanks for pointing this out!
sorry for late reply... right I'm using the expensive recipe perset... my mod list is long but not include some big mods like bob that change a lot...
I have released a new version that should take care of this issue.
