It can be added, but I believe it is rather pointless ;-)
I recommend to add this mod before you build the Intergalactic Transceiver which comes with Krastorio2. If you already have one, you should scrap that building, or the new Transceiver which is provided by this mod will be stuck during its final activation (Krasorio2 only allows you to have one). If you do this and you did already win the game, you can go through all the additional activation steps and it will simply become an energy source at the end, just like the regular Transceiver would.
