I figured out what the problem is - Outer Rim is to blame. I haven't played with it, but I'll try to fix it. And please remove Paracelsin+. It does the same thing as xyrc, only worse.

Thanks for the tip; nowadays, there are far too many mods that do the exact same thing.
In that case, Rubia Krastorio Compatibility+ is probably unnecessary as well, right?
