Just something I was thinking of - often when I'm writing tasks, I'll be thinking them in the context of a specific geographic location within a planet. Just having a "group" isn't really enough, since the factory on a given planet could be quite large, and even if I made a group that was specific to a location of the factory in a given planet, I still have to add more description to make sure that I remember where I need to perform the task.

It'd be amazing if I could have a "map tag" or something associated with one or more tasks, with a button to click that would take me to that tag in remote view.

I'm looking at the way Mission Tasks by Wysel does it with a button that you can jump to the task location (actually it puts a message in chat that you click to go to the location). You can edit the location. The task also appears as a map tag you can see in remote view. image

How would you think it should interact with subtasks? Like I had the idea of when you set the location of a task the new default location of subtasks would be that of their parent task. Or maybe groups could have their own default location set.

Not exactly tying the location to a map tag, (that is possible but would be a bit more complicated) but I added a location for each task (and subtask). So now you can set the location for a task, and quickly jump to it in remote view.
