This is probably because you are using the buggy mod "Shortcuts for 1.1".

Buggy? I absolutely can't understand it. I haven't had any problems with the mod so far and I really enjoy using it. So I'm assuming that you can't or won't do anything about it. Then your mod will be thrown out again. A pity..
Since there's nothing left here, I'm probably right in my assumption.
Go complain to the author of "Shortcuts for 1.1". I refuse to support a buggy mod.
