Warp fuel needs nuclear fuel to craft, and IR3 removed that item.
Since this is the compatibility mod, I think this mod should change the recipe to use something like high octane fuel, or charged high capacity battery. Vehicles don't use burnable fuel anymore, so it should have the fuel type of charged battery, so it can power the most advanced vehicles.
