Allows placing pumps inland if any "waterfill"-type items are unlocked
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Any chance we can get a tweak to hide the regular recipe for seafloor pumps in the same way that vanilla pumps are hidden?
