This mod does a large radar scan around every new player
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
It continuously scans the Map for an hour you need https://mods.factorio.com/mod/DeleteEmptyChunks to stabilize the mod and load from a saved game to stop the scan. https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Piggy-Initial-Scan is a stable version but fixed.
