To get blue science you need nexelit ore. To get nexelit ore you need land drillingMK1 and blue science.

But, to get blue science you need nexelit plate to. Nexelit plate need Coal processing3 and blue science again.

then the other fix is not out yet

if i remember well the nex plate prerequirements were changed to coal processing 2 (green)

it was like 8h or so ago there was a fix (hopefully there)
also if you did update did u run the tech command ?
