Thanks for feedback and reporting the compatibility issue. I can't reproduce 'mods are opened' problem with fresh SE or K2 game on Factorio 1.1. With SE installed, on fresh save it was not possible to open Informatron window, this is now addressed.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to fix old saves where 'many mods are opened ... and cannot be close', aside from rolling back to the save created before adding HUD Auto Hide, sorry.
New mod version (v0.1.2 and v0.2.2) should be more compatible with other mods, since it's not hiding other mods UI by default and not opening all windows it can find when the mod is added. I've tested it with SE and K2 it should work fine on a game save not corrupted by the previous version of mod.
