Trying this out for the first time, I was very annoyed to learn that I couldn't pick up the homeworld portal after placing it. Is this the intended behavior? I see in the source that homeworld portals are buildable after getting alien artifacts, which seems reasonable, but the player really should be able to pick up a building they put down. Or at least make it very clear to the player that this building cannot be moved.
