Are you sure you have the mod installed and enabled?

The first picture you posted showed the original Engine unite recipe and that it was added and modified by "Base mod > Omnilibrary > Crafting Efficiency". When I test this the same mods (Crafting Efficiency, Omnilib and Hand Craft Everything) mine says ""Base mod > Omnilibrary > Crafting Efficiency > Hand Craft Everything". This leads me to think that either you do not have the mod or you have it disabled.

Okay fixed, but recipe using fluids, nothing that can be done ? like alternative recipe or using barrel ? ^^
