Applies quality to everything. Initial playtest release.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Needs a blacklist for things that break or become cheaty if quality is used on them. Tried it on a SE+K2 run. Quality is added to rocket part packing/unpacking. Basically making them useless.
