Great for showing off your great military arsenal to the false glebanites (pentapods) and perhaps even conquer nauvis to show the biters what we've learned from gelba (which is more than any other planet). Might also be okay for vulcanus to show the big worms who's boss. Fulgora and Aquilo has no life on it however so you cant show off there but that's not the mod's fault.
The flag basically shows dominance over any other lifeform, no matter how strong they are. Very good.
