This mod is amazing! It gives me a location based ToDo list. As someone else said, most todo items are location based. Very handy!
They function almost identically to the Pins, but with the ability to filter out the excess, and not clutter up the immovable pin list.
All it needs now, is a way to Fast Travel to those locations.
