Steps:
1. Installed mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/alert-toggler
2. Player has some entities damaged.
3. Open map.
4. Open "alert-toggler" mod's GUI.
5. Disable "not_enough_repair_packs".

I published 0.3.2, which should fix this issue. At least I am not getting crashes now with the alert-toggler mod.
Let me know if there's still any issues or I'll close this out in a week or so if everything is happy :)
