When I try to download the whole mod pack with its dependencies, I will get an Error message saying that there is no compatible version of aai-signals on the mod portal. So I would need to manually install every single mod and I am not doing that

Yes, unfortunately this is a bug in Factorio that they aren't going to fix: https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=92116

To work around it, if you navigate to the mod it says isn't compatible in the mod browser and back to the modpack, it will work. You may need to do this for multiple mods.
