b Themal Water output not correct

The thermal water output numbers aren't equaling what i should be getting, it says it should produce a yield of 1.2/s but i'm only getting 100 every 5 seconds or so.

the crafting recipe says 20 every 3.3s but the node has a mining time of 250% which makes it go from roughly 3.3 to 5 seconds or so. but it has a yield of 20562%. anyone else having this issue?
