I dont know how u are supposed to make circuit boards because the machinery (washing plant) that u need to get clay (->required for ceramic ->required for certain parts for the circuit boards) already needs circuit boards to make. Help.

You can also make clay from steam in a clay pit in the Py HighTech tab, which doesn't require anything more than iron, copper, and stone. If you're stuck on recipes for something you can use the FNEI interface in the top left to search for all recipes for it, and the techs/buildings required.
