g [Fixed] Reverts More Science + Science Cost Tweaker recipes when cycling

Just an FYI, when using Fluid Permutations with lovely_santa's More Science & Science Cost Tweaker (mexmer) mod combos, cycling the fluids on chemical plants for liquid science reverts them to the original recipes in the progress (as opposed to the newer recipes + science intermediaries.)

This happens because this mod (Fluid Permutations) is loaded before the other mod and reads the recipes before they are modified by the other mod

Short version is: maybe at some point I will add an optional dependency to the mod in question, but before that happens (and since I will not add a dependency to all mods) there is a workaround - adding the dependency yourself.

0.17 came out.
I have added more dependencies.
Let me know of other mods that have to be added.
