Yes, it is different.
GDIW generates up to 3 permutations of a recipe (reversed ingredients, reversed results and both reversed). This mod generates all possible permutations(including those 3) so that you can have the ingredients and/or results in any order you want (like in the picture in the information tab).
This mod also works with a wider variety of recipes, making it compatible with more mods. And this mod tries to have a valid localization for the generated recipes, so that you do not see the "Unknown key: ..." in game (for affected recipes)
