Creates a new shortcut "Floor Placer", toggle it to bring up the UI and selection cursor.

Toggle, next tile, and previous tile keybinds are available, though are unbound by default.

Tune the performance of placing large areas using the Max Tiles Per Tick mod setting. A higher number will place slower for less UPS impact.
