Holmium plates do not use quality, nor does the solution meaning the quality versions of supercapacitors, superconductors and tesla guns are uncraftable as they currently need quality Holmium plates, which is unobtainable.

Hi AllenSnackbar, I've tested it quickly and it seems to me that quality modules can be put into the foundries which do the holmium plates can be created with quality modules, see screenshot.
You probably are meaning quality holmium ore. That is a vanilla problem: quality holmium ore* is useless in vanilla. For that, I can only recommend this mod: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/quality-holmium-ore-returns-more-holmium-solution.

Yeah, I didn't realize at the time that you can upcycle em plants themselves for supercapacitors, sorry!
