g recursive use of resource - missing

(updated 2 years ago)

I thought this used to work properly before, but now I'm not showing a use of a resource if the same machine produces and uses it.
For example in bobs/angels for Nickel 3 ingots, it takes 6 to produce 24, but the planner only shows output.

This is actually kinda intended, I simplify the recipes to show only the net outputs and inputs, as that is what you are ultimately interested in. I realize that this is not ideal for building a subfactory by looking at only FP, but I dismissed it as a minor issue in the past. I now do have an idea for how to show this though, maybe. I wrote it down and will try to get around to it at some point, thanks for bringing this to my attention again!

It helps to see it if you're planning on utilizing belt throughputs or what machines take.
At first I thought I can produce full belt, but with extra output that gets fed back, you need more than 1 belt produced to net 1 belt.
Some type of display that would indicate that would be great.

Yeah that's a valid usecase for sure, I'll try to fit it in :)
