Thanks for sharing the save. Very useful for getting the mod working with other mod packs.

I couldn't reproduce your specific crash but added a few fixes in 1.1.5 that may help.

Could you let me know where to find the ghost entity that causes a crash when removed please?

I only copied it a few seconds earlier so i think it was lost with the crash.

Some meteors from SE just hit factories and destroyed them, a moment later the game crashed

From the fact that I fucked up building a factory that was preserved and blew it up with artillery. Your mod didn't like it and he made a mistake.

Anytime a factory is destroyed by something other than a right click deconstruction, it seems to crash. Like, via running into stuff or a biter destroying something. Right now, this is not possible to be played with because of this. (It seems to be independent of the mod list for me).
