i Idea: Switchable power connections for factories

Idea:
Add a circuit connection for the power station inside the Factory (or place a special arithmetic/decision combinator next to it, to which inputs circuit cables can be connected)
Use special signal for the Station (for example [P] or [1]), or use any signal passed off the special arithmetic/decision combinator's outputs to enable/disable power connections between the factory floor and the outside world.

Why:
With it we can do separate power systems inside factories with recursion disconnected from external surfaces.

Alternative static implementation:
with "R" (rotate) key we can change the Power station to the Power pole (and backward). That Power pole can be used to connect other power poles inside the factory floor with cables.

Hmm, I don't like it
Why not just place the factory outside of the power network on nauvis?

This change only benefits
1. people who want to build everything inside a single factory building
AND
2. they need separated electric networks

It's just way too small a usecase.

Besides, I can also imagine the experience where someone presses "R" key on the power pole on mistake, then thinks "ahh mod is bugged, cant transfer power"
