When researching an infinite tech - such as artillery range, if you then select another tech and choose the ASAP option, the items are not correctly added to the list - they are not put as immidiate, nor are they put at the top of the list
if you have non infinite tech in the queue, then the ASAP selected is added above them, but below any other inifinite tech currently in the queue
