Recently fired an old 0.17 save back up to play through again and I found that after researching Lithium Processing it unlocked Lubricant despite it being locked behind its own separate tech behind Chemical Science & Advanced Oil Processing. This doesn't really end up breaking the game flow because you still can't make Express Belts without the proper research too but I figured it should be mentioned.
