If I build completely outside my range ghosts appear instead of real belts. That's nice. But when building a large section, if the belts I want to add exceed my inventory then it just fails with "Not enough Fast transport belt", even though it wouldn't use any belts at all. So then I have to build in smaller sections (not even possible for corners) or fill my inventory with belts to be able to ghost build.
