I had to log in to thank you for making this. I can't believe an issue I've had ever since factorio launch for me has been fixed by this. My personal roboports would often only release 10-20 bots mid-late game and I had no idea why it was broken like this. Vanilla, modded, any combo of settings and this issue persisted. I've played around 1500 hours so I know all the usual tactics and troubleshooting things to check with bot networks, or in my case the personal roboport setup I have would be acting odd or "broken" but this glitch always persisted and it seemed to get worse the more roboports I'd have.

Now even with mods enabled, things that took MINUTES sometimes to build, requiring me to run around to game the roboport scan/build to get a bit more effectiveness is now done instantly. The improvement is INSANE.
