Thank you for the mod.
When you turn on/off the planning mode, a message is shown to all players. I guess, planning mode is shared by all players on the server.
The issue is that this message has no locale representation, and hence cannot be translated.
Also, I believe, this message should contain information about who turned on/off the planinng mode

Thanks for the feedback, I will definitely add locale support and maybe disable global message and only notify current player instead.
