In our multiplayer sea block server, we were getting lag from players picking up belts with items. Had to uninstall the mod as it was very disruptive.
Thanks for the report and sorry for the late response, didnt have e-mail notifications enabled.... I made a tweak to the logic, that should theoretically fix this, hard to test this for me in real scenarios.
